Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order or making the payment.
Cancellation Requests May Be Rejected If:

- Work has commenced based on client inputs.
- The service is customised or time-bound.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake.
- Payment debited but service not activated.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
